JUNGLE TERRACE CIVIC ASSOCIATION

The abandoned Sports Authority building, located at 3700 Tyrone Blvd. N., is currently being used as a living quarters for the homeless. Particularly near the landing dock area. It's also being used as a dumping ground for large furniture items and brush. I have also witnessed questionable behavior by trespassers in the alley way. I've attempted to contact the property manager via phone and email with no response. Please address.

The intersection of 74th St N and 37th Ave N has been flooding for months since the repair of the drainage system last year. This is causing our yard to flood as there is no where for the water to go as it is not draining quickly enough and our french drain cannot empty into the street. The water starting coming into our kitchen last night. Please have this looked at before our entire house is flooded. We are not in a flood zone.

Property is being used as commercial auto and other repair facility. Vehicles, tires, and other debris all over property, front and back.

Backyard is overgrown. Was once used as a nurserybut no longer is. Yard is overgrown with fruit trees and large plants. Also fence is broken on 2 sides. Yard looks like a jungle and don't know what kind of vermon is in yard.

This was never repaired. The man hole is still elevated. It is on 26th ave n by the brush site.

Along 81st street N side of property raised asphalt and missing asphalt from what appears to be tree roots spoke to property owner who has been trying for years to get repaired

this man who lives in that house never takes care of it, never cuts the grass, gutter in the front falling apart, blue container full of water ever time I go by this home its the same, never changes, tired of smelling dog poop in his backyard, looks like a shed in the backyard, needs to be either fixed or taken down, what happen to having a nice neighborhood not fair that we all have to live near this home and if he wants to know who told on him u tell him someone from the otherside of the neighborhood is tired of seeing that home looking like @#$%, !!!!

The is a "hole" in the middle of the road on 80th Street N between 23rd and 24th Avenues. There has been a caution stand over the hole for many months. Wondering when this will be repaired?

Boat and RV parked in yard. Someone living in RV parked in yard. Overgrown vegetation around property. Property maintenance issues. House looks like it needs a lot of repairs. What appears to be junk or trash is scattered all around property.

Over 15 cats and or kittens at this address. Have contacted animal control and city ordinance numerous times and nothing has been done. There are strong smells coming from the backyard and front yard, there is animal feces and smell as well as a decay smell. I am sick of chasing her cats off of my property and having them spray scratch and dirty my property. I have animals as well and I can't let my dogs out without supervision anymore because they're in my yard. The cats aren't vaccinated licensed or properly cared for. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NUISANCE.

Sidewalk has numerous cracks and has sunk into the ground there is almost 5 inch trip hazard
