I am requesting as a Mother, Briarmeadow Resident and member of the HOA Board of Directors for Briarmeadow Subdivision that the City of Houston increase the red light times at the intersection of Richmond Ave & Stoney Brook Dr so residents & pedestrians can cross the entire street safely.

The free. Light is just s few seconds going north and south on Stoney Brook at Richmond. Thus makes it dangerous when crossing Richmond. Briarmeadow stretches across Westheimer over Richmond to Windswept. Many people ride bikes, walk, etc. and cross Richmond. The short green light makes it almost impossible to cross safely.

asking that the drain be unblocked before the next big rain in order to prevent house flooding

Intersection flooded AGAIN in the short storm we had today. The last case was marked as closed due to the issue been reported by COH officials as resolved. This is NOT resolved in any way. EVERY TIME it rains this intersection and up the street floods and is impassable by vehicles. A more in depth investigation needs to be carried out UNDERGROUND. If damage to properties here were to occur due to this and nothing has been done despite multiple reports, the COH could be found liable. Please could a mlte in depth investigation take place. I have many photos and video I can share with engineers upon request.

Street drain in front of 7723 Meadowbriar, Houston TX 77063 at Stoney Brook is blocked. It failed to drain during Hurricane Harvey causing excessive street flooding. Please unblock it before we get another big rain in order to prevent houses from being flooded.

The medians on richmond between hillcroft and dunvale need to be mowed very badly, specifically between and around the Briarmeadow community signs. The grass and weeds are at least 2ft tall there but mowed beyond the signs. Not sure if there is a misunderstanding with the lawn care company that the city hires, but this area needs to be mowed regularly. Thank you

There is a big hole at the corner of Highmeadow and Hillcroft, with no curb to protect drivers. I have destroyed the rim and tire of my car due to this pothole.

Richmond ave between Hillcroft snd Dunvale is in terrible condition. Also the esplanade looks horrible with downed limbs, tire ruts, overgrown grass and trash.
