    After every rain and when the neighbors north of our house water excessively, we have an extremely large amount of water in front of our driveway (and several driveways south as well). This is due to tree root damage causing improper drainage. The water gets stagnated, smelly, and is a breeding ground for mosquito larvae.

    Graffiti on the walls of the viaduct, I don't know how they got down there, but there's metallic gold spray paint and black spray paint the graffiti is about 8 feet high on both sides of the viaduct

    More than a pothole....the street is turning into a cobblestone path. There appears to be a weak spot under the asphalt, and has been for years. The pavement is never fixed properly, so each time we get heavy rain, as we did this winter, the erosion continues. Today a large chunk of the degraded asphalt was thrown up onto my parkway by a passing car or delivery truck. The street just really needs to be scraped and totally repaved, not just slurried to make it look nice.
