Left Turn Signal Needed ArchivedIdlewood Avenue And South Boulevard Richmond, Virginia - CarytownThe intersection of Idlewood Ave & S. Blvd desperately needs a left turn signal. Whether you are heading East or West on Idlewood, the traffic flow comes from 195 in both directions. 10-15 cars will breeze through a green light while those who are yielding and waiting to turn left can miss multiple light cycles. This is dangerous because frustrated drivers often turn left on red and there is a risk that the other cars heading east/west may run the red light as well. The congestion in this area could be alleviated with a left turn signal at the intersection.

Constant yard sale Archived3208-3212 Ellwood Ave Richmond, VA - The Museum DistrictA man at this location has a yard sale every Saturday. He spills his items onto the public sidewalk and sits in the road with a sign trying to get people to stop. This has become a business/street vendor, not a yard sale.

Street Light Out Archived1802 Chantilly Street Richmond, VA - Monument Avenue ParkThe street light located on the property of the volunteer rescue squad that stands in the front of the building between the squad and the gas station next door, is non-functional. Lighting is important in the city, as we have had problems with vandals, fights, and robberies. Please help us keep the community safe by lighting it back up!

2917 West Grace St Richmond, VA - The Museum DistrictThere have been feral cats allowed to come and go as they please, via a cat door in the back of the house, for the last two years I have been living on this street. Up to 15 at times. The home is owned, but unoccupied. The owner comes by sporadically and dumps cat food into bowls in the back yard and leaves opend canned cat food laying about as well. The smell (especially during the hotter days) is foul to the point where I am unable to enjoy my own front porch. I can only imagine the state of the interior, as the exterior is overrun with weeds and the garden has become a litterbox.

Other Acknowledged3026 Kensington Ave Richmond, VA 23221, USA - The Museum DistrictAfter every rainfall, water pools on the sidewalk in front of 3024 and 3026 Kensington Ave, completely blocking the sidewalk and making it not traversable. I am concerned that in the winter this will turn into an ice block and cause a safety risk to people trying to walk on the sidewalk. I am new to the neighborhood, but I heard from my neighbors that in the past few winters several people have slipped on this ice patch, dubbed Kensington Pond.

>2 years now, nothing done Acknowledged109 N Belmont Ave Richmond Virginia - The Museum District
Groundhog day. Still no contact, still no resolution. Multiple reports to seeclickfix. Incredible. They just mark the issue as closed and move on.
"Originally reported 7 months ago. Marked as "closed" by the city. Absolutely nothing has been done about the problem. Do you fix the issues reported just by closing them?"
"Alley between Grove/Floyd/Belmont/Sheppard perpetually has potholes. They never get fixed correctly. Filled with gravel, reappear soon after rain. Bigger issue at north entrance to alley at Belmont. Huge holes that collect water. No drainage. Leads to both mosquitos, and more importantly, structural damage. Neighbor has water entering basement. I have a leaning brick wall from ground saturation."
Your concern(s) have been received and forwarded to the Department of Public Works (CRS#20020926205) in reference to the potholes in the alley and to the Department of Public Utilities(CRS#20020981267) for a drainage assessment; these concerns were forwarded to the assigned departments so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at 804-646-7000 to speak to a customer service representative; please reference the CRS#'s when inquiring. We appreciate your communication that helps us in “Building The Best Richmond” together.
