Neighbor has chickens and roosters

Healthy protected trees being cut down.

TBNweekly (Tampa Bay News weekly) continues to throw their trash in my yard. I have called and emailed them at least six times starting September 2015 to get them to stop throwing their trash in my yard.

They continue to throw their "free" paper in my yard, which i do not want, have never signed up to receive, and consider trash.

My last attempt was 1/16/2017, and it seemed to work for about three weeks. They are again throwing their trash in my yard.

According to Article VIII of the Pinellas County Codes, "No person shall dump or cause to be dumped, or place or cause to be placed, or leave or permit to accumulate any garbage, refuse,... " their paper falls into this category as i do not want it and consider it trash.

How can I stop them?

There are depressions in the road and they are getting worse - residents are afraid to drive near the depressions

2810 Wiltshire Ave Palm Harbor. Over growth, garbage side/back yard is attracting snakes, rats, opossums, raccoons, squirrels and wandering dogs/cats. Increase in fleas. My dog has contracted hookworms (elderly house pet)

Sidewalk in front of home is buckling up. Sidewalk to right of home is low lying and collecting rainwater/not draining

A white Pontiac Solstice with TAG number "W62 2LG" has been been parked in front of 2727 Witley Ave facing the wrong direction for 2 or more months without moving. The left rear tire is now flat. I do not believe the vehicle is operable any more. The street cleaners have clearly worked around around it the last several cleanings.
