    Very loud start up and idling of vehicle. This happens very early in the morning around 5:30am every day. The muffler must be cut off or a very loud one has been installed. I just wonder if this can be corrected? Please help, it interrupts my sleep. I can believe others haven’t complained. I thought someone would report this and evidently no one has. Vehicle is a white Chevy truck. Very very low to the ground. Plus they have bags of leaves for over two weeks at the curb

    The drainage ditch in the 7300-7400 block between Bonhomme and Braeburn Valley. The crew that mowed and trimmed trees along the sides of the ditch threw the tree limbs into the ditch. Several days later, the very heavy rain caused the ditch's water level to rise and all of the limbs were trapped under the bridge causing the banks to be in severe danger of overflowing into the back yard of my house and all the others along the ditch. The "forest" of trees that have been growing inside the ditch need to be cut to let the water flow more freely.
