drainage ditch is full of household trash

Broken windows, piled trash, this is a dangerous eyesore.

Significant flooding from the rainstorm due to inadequate city drainage. Water has entered our house and flooded the garage. There is water damage.

Giant pothole has been here for several weeks.

5909 Kansas St is supposed to be a business, but there are no less than four people living there, including an infant that just moved in with its pothead parents. There is a group of people that sit outside this address daily drinking and urinating on the side of their establishment, and the house next door to it. There is an abundance of litter in their driveway that is blown into the street by wind, and flushed down the street when it rains. Drunk drivers leave from here daily. The drug use has been reported to the police, but it seems they are too busy to bother with it. With the amount of money the city takes from this neighborhood in taxes, when can we expect some help from the city to clean this problem up?

High grass/high weeds continuing to get higher. Reported previously on 5/30 (COH service #128705; service request referred 101002203116) and no action has been taken. Meanwhile weeds and grass is covering most of the sidewalk now on a very busy bridge and grass is more than 5 feet tall.

This property is at it again, the sidewalk is becoming impossible due to the fact that they never keep air bushes or grass cut.

Along the left curb of southbound lanes there is a storm drain. The concrete surround in front of the storm drain is broken and this has caused a very severe dip in the surface. Hitting this dent is jarring and dangerous. (I posted this recently but may not have clearly described the situation because it was deemed not a problem)

Blockage in underground culvert is causing garage flooding in the InTown Homes development surrounded by Kansas, Sherwin and Kiam.
