This is a dangerous situation for pedestrians, mailboxes, autos and everything on Adrian Avenue. High traffic + no streetlights = more crime & accidents.

Leila G. Davis Elementary children in the Chautauqua Reserve development are zoned for the bus stop Union St. and Soule Rd., however, do not currently have access to a sidewalk to get to this location. A sidewalk is needed joining 4th Ave S and Lakeshore Dr. to the existing sidewalk on 2nd St. E for the children to safely make it to the bus stop location.

The ditch/drain pipe extending from 3321 Adrian Avenue westward to Creek Ln is broken and clogged causing severe flooding in the neighboring driveways. There is NO flow in the ditches as a result, the street becomes a river.

This home is abandoned, broken fence, garbage everywhere, overgrown areas, rodent infested, neighborhood mosquito concerns and possible vagrancy. It looks like it needs to be condemned and knocked down.

Needs a traffic signal at this intersection very badly functioning in the mornings and afternoons

The person at 602 oberlin Dr, clearwater,fl,33765 is parking multiple commercial viehicles on his property as well as running a commecial business out of his house which is creating lots of excessive noise at times along with being a safety hazard to our neighborhood school children as their gate is right by the bus stop and when they come and go they do it with complete disregard to their safety, it's to the point where they almost hit a few kids on 2 different occasions. Please get this b problem fixed as soon as you can so our children are safe going to and from school

Firemarshall / city sign removed from door. Black plastic placed over old laudromat windows. This section of the building is not open for use - was closed down by the city. The owner of the building and those who keep attempting to use this for a 'after hours' club / 'topless' bar should be held accountable.

The ditch is very overgrown, alot of bugs and it smells like there is something dead in the ditch

Large piles of junk visible from the road. Constantly leaving junk in and around yard. Trash from their piles is blowing into neighboring yards. A huge eyesore to an otherwise very well kept neighborhood.

Abandoned house. Septic tank open and covered with pieces of rotten wood only. What is the problem here and why can this not be taken care of with a lien and a sewage company drain and remove the tank which serves no purpose except to breed mosquitoes and water moccasins and be a safety danger to the neighborhood.?

Sidewalk sunk down due to storm drain under street is broke and the ground is being washed away. Upon further inspection you can see that the edge of the driveway where it meets the street is sunk down below the curb. As well as half way up the driveway the drive is cracked and sunk due to the erosion of ground going into the storm drain and washing away. This is a great problem that needs to be addressed before someone is seriously hurt. I understand that the entire storm drain system is to be replaced in 2013 but from a liability the sidewalk needs to be shored up. As I am the home owner I would also like to see my driveway repaired as it was caused by the erosion. Tim Calvit has been out to look at it but I have not heard back and two subsequent phone calls have not been returned.
