    Deteriorating sidewalk. This was reported over three years ago which was rated a two out three per the city grading scale.

    1. Why do citizens receive second or third tier service?
    2. Why are new sidewalks created throughout old developments never having them (ie, such as Northside subdivisions)?
    3. How is three years considered acceptable?
    4. Is this report even on the books? Paint has dissipated with the Egyptian pyramids with minimal visibility.

    This pile of trash/debris has been here for over a month. This home is vacant and being rehabbed. Several neighbors have asked several times for it to be removed, however it just keeps getting larger.
