Two inoperable vehicles in driveway, one car parked in the yard, yard is completely eroded from yard parking and backyard has massive overgrowth. Complaint closed multiple times without resolution- at least two of these are inoperable so they most assuredly are there when inspection happens. 311# 6001644 closed without resolving is most recent.

This property encourages criminal activity. House has been boarded and vacant for years, the roof is caving in and the floor inside the house is sagging very badly.

Resident is a contractor, and is pouring an oversized double driveway, likely for his construction equipment. Unable to find where a permit has been pulled.

Recreational camper in front yard someone living in it as well

Weeds and grass are well over 3'. There are broken limbs on the lot. The overgrowth obstructs the view of cars turning off of side street and leaving residences that border the property. The growth is so bad it overhangs onto the properties bordering it.

on July 20th things were placed on tables in the front yard and on the grass, and have been covered since - no signs nor the plastic removed and no people going to buy things so if this is a permanent yard sale, its over the time limit and another way of collecting illegally making the yard trashy. Please address this on your next trip over there. thanks, its looking really shabby.

Mold in house and basement from flooding and I have a 4 year old daughter who is having symptoms from it
