Wood fence surrounding the creek is falling and breaking in multiple spots. Looks like a lot of it is just older and deteriorating from the elements.

Area residents including myself are very concerned about the excessive speeding at the intersection of MLK and 38th Ave N. There have been several accidents in recent weeks and my home was recently damaged by another vehicle accident. We are requesting that the city monitor this area for speeding, install a digital sign to advise motorists of their speed, and lower the speed limit in this area. Please help keep our neighborhood safe. Thank you.

Saturday, 8/10/19 work at this site started at 7:30AM. From my understanding, construction in residential on Saturdays is not permitted before 8AM. Weekley Developers are consistent in their disregard for the ordinances put in place to preserve the rights of the taxpayers who live in these neighborhoods.

Per city code — this home has 4 snipe signs along MLK and 34th Avenue north. To keep up with the standards of this neighborhood, please follow the code and be transparent with everybody.

Taralon Homes purchased home at 810 35th Avenue N, 33704. Since purchasing the house in December, Taralon has failed to maintain the lots. This may be willful neglect on their part as they have applied to demolish the house. This is a neighborhood with well maintained lots, neighbors and families. They need to maintain the property regardless of their ultimate intentions.

Citizen called to report line of sight blocked by a bush on the NW corner of 38th and 8th. She believes this is on city property.
