I would like to invite you to witness the sheer number of cars that are excessively speeding on 9th Ave N, west of 66th st. It seems as if most of these drivers use it as a quick connector from Park St., without realizing that the speed limit actually tapers down to 25-30mph to quell speeders travelling through, as 9th ave transitions to residential.

This may be significantly problematic, because of the presence of the Pinellas Trail. I have seen a couple of dangerous occurrences happen right before my eyes. I saw two teen-aged males, who weren't prudent enough to walk thier bikes across the crosswalk, almost get clipped by a car. SPC is nearby and I see other students crossing here as well.

The cars that stop when the crosswalk strobe is activated also seem to be sitting ducks for possible accidents. Working from my home office, I have seen (and heard the screechng of) at least two occasions where an abiding car would stop so someone could cross the trail, only to be nearly rear-ended by the car behind them. The tire skid marks should still be there to serve as ample evidence of this.

There is signage forewarning drivers of the upcoming crosswalk, as well as posted speed limit signs. However, I think that this segment of 9th as well as 5th ave where the trail crosses, would highly benefit from digital radar-equipped speed limit signs to make it obvious for drivers to slow down, before someone gets seriously injured. It's just too easy for drivers to assume that this stretch of 9th is 40-45mph like the rest of the avenue crossing the city.

This house resembles a junk yard. Flat bed truck, tow truck, and other broken down vehicles as well as a trailer of trash. This yard is an absolute disaster and a flight on the neighborhood

Our neighbor reported about the pothole back in 2016 it was listed at the address 2100 76th St N St Petersburg FL 33710
several times was reported the same problem until the crack opened in the middle of the 76th St N, some company came and tried to fixed by simply filling up the pothole with some soil and left it not covered with asphalt. There is still a sing standing in the middle of the street . Also while working, they damaged the asphalt edge that is bordering with the front yard of 2150 76th St N St Petersburg FL 33710 , this incident was also reported . Now another pothole opened on the entrance to driveway of the same property 2150 76th St N, most likely this is consequences of unfinished job that began in year of 2016 . Please fix this matter or next step could be reported to Bay news 9 , they would be interested to show another sinkhole issue on the TV. Attached picture and other records could be send upon request

Trailer in the front yard, uncovered.

The gym owner has installed a 1 bedroom apartment in a commercial building without permits and is living there. The landlord knows about the no permits as well

First they had people living in a travel trailer. Now this construction trailer has been blocking the sidewalk for weeks. Place is a mess. Start fining them daily until the place is cleaned up. St Pete Code Enforcement is not patroling neighborhoods adequately. People used to make fun of living in Pinellas Park. I think St. Petersburg has let many of their neighborhoods go in worse condition because they have to rely on citizens to report versus patrol. I could report at least another dozen violations in the Azelea/Walter Fuller neighborhoods because no one patrols.

Two mattresses dumped in the alley

Someone left two large cement pieces in the road and it appears that another person dragged them onto the curb in front of my home. Can you arrange to have them removed please?

Residences on 75th St. N between 5th and 9th leave trash bins on curb all week long. Addresses 700, 708, 725 and 801 are the most consistent. Some of these have been warned in the past. This doesn’t seem to be a problem elsewhere in the Azala neighborhood, only here.

Trash knocked over, flying down the street. This is an illegal VRBO/Airbnb that is constantly rented out and disturbing the neighborhood with loud late night parties and trash. New renters every week.
