NA - Barclay Estates Homeowners Association PLUS

One lane of ninth street north has been blocked for over a month ,but we not see any work happening , very busy street and with a full lane closed 24/7 its almost impossible to get a traffic break to and 2 bus stops are affected as well... there is a similar worksite at 83rd avenue but it is not blocked. could they please pick up their barrels unless they are actually working

Patchwork asphalt/pavement (from previous city repair work) has eroded and is A) dangerous for our toddlers since there's no sidewalk in Barclay Estates and B) cause storm water to pool instead of drain into drains down the street.

Request to fix and/or re-pave Barclay Estates roads. Thank you.

someone put the wrong street name on this sign. we are 14th St N, not 15th St N. please fix as people can't find the house

Multiple recent rain events have created flooding on 89th Ave N in Barkley Estates. These high stages have caused property damage in my house and garage. I have seen a neighbor disposing of pet waste in the storm sewer and would like to request the system to be desilted from the inlet between 1420 and 1400 to the headwall at Tinney Creek. Of significant urgency is that the active storm season is about to begin and this needs to be corrected as soon as possible to avoid further damage to my home due to storm sewer blockages.

They have been doing the sewer repair /re-lining project (which is great!) and now there is a huge indentation in the street. It's getting bigger by the day and it's the only way to our homes in the back of Barcley estates.

Curb is uneven and cracked; all water sits in that area producing a mosquito breeding ground

The house at 1193 88th Ave N has an uncovered pool in the backyard and a broken fence that would allow children and animals free access. This home is vacant. It was being rehabilitated when all work stopped several weeks ago and the fence has been left unsecured. I and other neighbors are extremely concerned for the safety of children and animals. We ask that somebody come cover the pool and close the opening to the backyard so it is unable to be accessed. Thank you.
