ILLEGALLY DUMPED FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS AT CURB

The people renting this property recently moved out and left trash all over the property. They trash is blowing all over and you cannot even walk down the street without the trash from this property being everywhere you walk. The property is abandoned and completely destroyed. Food trash, plastic, cans, alcohol bottles, etc can be found visibly all over the property. It looks absolutely trashed and no one has cleaned it up yet

To make cars parked in the front yard with no tags there is at least for one has a so-called temporary white tag on it that's been shredded to pieces and tags iron there's a jag that's been sitting there4/2 years just sitting there the backyards not mold they have a whole crap full of dogs on one side that is very seldom gets fed would be nice if code enforcement would come by and take a look at what's going on I don't think at the front yard should be full of everything including were you clean fish on my side of where the fence is you put your fish thing right up against the fence so that when you're cleaning fish I get the smell please come by any questions please feel free to give me a call at 727-906-6705 my first name is Terry thank you

I have called on this matter before, no response, left messages. The surface is getting soft and dusty, Difficult to access my drive way.

This property is used to by walkers throwing their trash down on the grounds. this an everyday affair. The owners of this property only send someone out once every 2-3months to mow and clean property. In between this trash blows over to adjacent properties to include mine.
Also during holidays, such as MLK, Jr Day, after police push the people off of MLK Street back into the neighborhoods, this is where the cars come and empty their trash from their parked cars walking traffic ,etc. It a mess for community to have to clean up.

Trash Left at Curb that Sanitation has not picked up, and is being left at the curb and not thrown away

Please provide lids for the garbage cans in the alley. There are many flies, the smell of rotting garbage is upsetting, and standing water in the open containers is a major public health issue. This is a standard cleanliness responsibility of the city and expectation that we as citizens are paying for monthly with our utilities bill. Please provide lids on the garbage cans.
