Desperately seeking help at this point.
Yesterday, a resident of this home was seen using the restroom to the side of the home in broad daylight.
Please open up and investigate this property!!
Always different people residing from week to week; no one knows who our neighbors are on a monthly, even weekly basis.

Growing pile of trash with visible rodents. Despite the sign that says they’re “cleaning up,” they keep bringing more junk to the property and adding to the pile. It has not moved in a month and is just getting bigger.

Subject property appears to be a make shift club with people hanging outside at night drinking.Loud music and strobe lights

Aside from basic code violations as overgrown yard, there is a dead tree in the yard, junk on the non-alley side of the house. This has been a chonic problem for YEARS with this house and the city has usually solved it in the past years. BUT this year, a problem was first reported in JUNE 2014, a notice of a court appearence was issued in late AUG 2014 and here we are in OCT and Nothing has been done. I AM not a city manager, councilmember or city employee, we are just your average taxpayers wondering why nothing has been done. I have enclosed pictures: you will notice SOME OF THE WEEDS ARE AS HIGH AS THE 4 FOOT FENCE. Can we expect something to be done before Thanksgiving? 6 months should be enough time. Send a crew out to clean up the mess and bill the homeowner. [ sadly i can only upload one image which only begins to illustrate the multiple code violations] Please help

This food table has been operating for over a year, 24 hours a day on the corner of 43rd and 8th Avenue north. They advertise on websites to receive donations, and for people to stop by... attracting visitors to the area - and strangers to our alley late at night.

One big glass field around 45th St. then some sporadic glass after that heading east, all in the bike lane.

Can you please look into extending the light for the southbound drivers on 31st St. S at the 1st Ave S intersection? Ideally this light would be extended while the northbound traffic on 31st St S is stopped. Currently, there is a left turn lane and it's not uncommon to sit through 2-3 light cycles before you can turn because of the northbound traffic. Yesterday, I sat at the light for 4 cycles (behind a line of cars that backed up the traffic beyond Central Ave.). Extending the light for only southbound traffic would really help with this issue.

I don't know if this is the proper place or category but I'm having problems with the trash collector when he picks up the trash. Every time he comes and picks up the trash he sets the barrel down and drags it across the yard ripping up grass and soil, in the process blocking in my trailer and causing me to have to move it back and rake out the dirt and soil pieces twice a week, for some reason this guy is singling me out cause not one other of my neighbors have this problem yet he seems it as neccessary for mine. Its not like it is obstructed from above or on the sides anymore than most of my neighbors either as I will post pics here of mine after I fixed it and of neighbors on the comments of I can

Grass/weeds need to be cut. Grass/weeds growing onto sidewalk. Palm tree branches all over front yard and street. Some bushes overgrown. Needs to be maintained more than once a year!

House is being renovated without permits displayed. Construction debris in back yard.
