Now that there are Large Bike Lanes on the East and West side of MLK, the debris from grass cuttings, limbs, brush, cans, bottles, rocks and items tossed from vehicles 'STAY' in the bikes lanes where prior automotive traffic 'USED' to crush it and blow it away. Street Sweepers are now needed at LEAST weekly to prevent bicycle rider from dangers that could force them into the lanes of traffic to avoid, broken glass, tree limbs, shrubs, shoes, etc.

A code enforcement officers needs to do a thorough inspection of this house. There are several code violations including: an unpermitted addition, a ridiculous amount of trash throughout the whole property, and 12-15 people living in a filthy 600 square foot house. Department of Children's Services may need to do a home visit to ensure the children are being properly taken care of. The house is also rumored to have a hole in the floor inside the house, a rat infestation, and roof damage. Some of these issues can be seen even on Google Earth.

Canal 17, which runs east to west just south of 55th Ave NE is impassable by small boats and nearly impassable by kayak/paddleboard. There are dozens families and individuals with houses and docks, who own water vessels and who currently can't access this waterway to get to the bayou Trimming the mangroves and removing fallen pines is necessary. It has been years since this has been properly maintained by our local government Thank you for your attention to this matter... the address listed is my home address but the trees that need trimmed are along the canal stretching from 1st St NE to the ramp at Puryear Park and all the way to the end of the canal where it meets the bayou.

Once again, there are discarded mattresses in the front yard. This will continue to be reported as a code violation, as it is a blight to our neighborhood. Action needs to be taken, not just continuing to pick up their mess.

1. Three new no parking signs within 50 feet of each other yet no others on entire street? very odd. makes no sense.
2. Lot is gathering place for abandoned shopping carts.
3. "More For Les" tree service dumped tree cuttings illegally and left them right under the no trespassing/dumping sign.
4. City of St Pete workers sit in trucks in lot and leave trash behind. More illegal action right under the sign.

This lot should be fenced off like it used to be.

Please repave the section of 62 ave between Bayou Grande and 4th street. This road is distroying my car. It has several pot holes and repair pot holes that are falling apart. This is urgent. Thank you.

62nd Ave. N. from 1st. St. N. to Bayou Grande continues to be a mess of potholes. Cars are constantly swerving from lane to lane to avoid hitting them, which in itself is dangerous. And of course, hitting a pothole can be damaging to tires and rims, which are EXPENSIVE fixes. The condition of this road is mindblowingly bad, considering the amount of property taxes paid by residences in this area. It doesn't need more patches, it needs a complete repaving from 1st. St. N. to Bayou Grande.

Once again the property owner is throwing trash in the front yard this issue has happened over and over again he seems to think our neighborhood is the dump can the city please help to put a stop to him doing this permanently the rest of the neighbors work hard to keep their yards clean this is not fair To the neighborhood There must be some fine you can give him to make him think twice about doing this
