NA - Euclid-St Paul Neighborhood Association PLUS

This is a daily occurrence. It's not subsiding and now has the addition of cars in tow. Please advise on how to handle this... there is no permitted driveway in front, this cannot be acceptable.

Trash coming out of windows, on porch, backyard is filled with stuff everywhere also flowing in the front yard Not sure if this house is abandoned with the amount of stuff all over but I can hope no one is living there This is definitely a hazard to anyone living in or around this house itely

intersection of 13th Ave N and 12th St N a road patch has sunk and developed two potholes in the traffic lane.

Another collision happened today on MLK and 15th Ave. N. The problem is 16/15 th ave is about half way between lights at 22nd and 9th Ave's north. The last traffic study had 50% of the traffic going more than 45mph. With the window open i can tell when cars are going 45 and 85. Can you add a traffic signal or something to slow traffic? 2 days ago i heard a motorcycle go by so fast that it sounded like a jet going by. Once every few years there is a ticket writing party and then nothing. I think a timed traffic signal would keep cars going the speed limit and discourage these high speed vehicles.
When we come from the light at 9th going north, you can tell the people coming off 22nd who are speeding because there is a gap between them and the group going the speed limit. Sometimes you can turn in between them, other times you have to wait and wait for an opening.
Please help!
I think Mike Fredricks did the last study at 16th ave, he would not say how fast the fastest vehicle was going. I'll bet over 100mph. Its a long straightaway.

1134 Jackson- house is an incredible disrepair and there is
junk in the front yard as well as in the rear yard. Young children live in this house and I have no idea how they're able to live in the house because it is in such disrepair.

1763 9th Avenue North. I just bought a house on Queen Street. I was unaware of the food pantry a few Doors Down. They are doing a huge community service and I thank them for that. However they do not have enough dumpsters and I have rats in my yard. I drove through twice anonymously last week and this morning. The same food has been sitting out for 5 days loaded with flies and rotting. They need another dumpster. Please understand they have 7 to 10 pallets of rotting food two doors down from my new home. perhaps the city can accommodate them because they are doing a service to the community. However we should not have to pay for the rodents and bugs. I tried to call but the pastor that runs it only comes after 4 p.m. and I am already at work by then. Thank you for your help in this matter.
