    Multiple areas of water steadily flowing out of the grass across the sidewalk on the North side of 18th Ave North for several weeks. Water is foul smelling and is causing a build up of mold on the sidewalk and along the curb causing a very hazardous condition for pedestrians.

    Pot hole destroyed my cars lip and possibly my bumper when it ripped off 2 weeks ago (was on vacation for the last week and a half). Someone needs to contact me about filing a claim because it's not cheap.

    Their pool is breeding ground for mosquitoes as you can clearly see & has been like this for way too long! There are also cars parked on the grass with no tags most of the time too. They also cute down 3 oak trees in the front yard, I looked for a permit online & tried for a full year to ask the City of St. Pete arborist to look into it, no replies to this day, I followed up 1x a month.

    The canals that feed this lake to help with our flooding issues are over grown with water plants and the lake is very high. The water cannot move efficiently through this area and it's supposed to provide an outlet for the flood waters in our neighborhood. But instead the water is becoming stagnant and will not allow for water flow.
