Between 4th & 6th St S, There is an alarming number of people (10 - 15 vehicles a day) going the wrong way on the one way 9th Ave S. This is a major safety issue as people coming around the corner simply cannot see the wrong way cars and I see near accidents all the time on this road. Just a matter of time before something tragic happens.

There is furniture surrounding this house from the front on Roser Park Drive around to the garage on 6th Street South. There are mattresses, sofas, tables, etc. Your prompt attention to this matter is much appreciated.

This afternoon there are six cars at one overnight rental house. This is the problem with nightly motels in a neighborhood. We will continue to report every time there is an issue from the tenants. Please shut down this short-term illegal rental.

The vegetation on this corner is very dangerously overgrown. In order to pull out from the stop sign, it is necessary to inch out into almost the middle of the road. In the past few days I was nearly hit twice. This is an unacceptable hazzard. The residents of the home will watch drivers as they struggle to see and continue to water the overgrown mess. I know someone who almost hit a child on a bicycle recently. This has been reported before, and it was trimmed back. We are in Florida, folks. This stuff grows fast. This mess is a hazard, NOT beautification. It needs to go!

There are trees blocking the pedestrian right of way on the 11th Avenue South side of the cemetery. In addition, the grounds are overgrown.

Two men almost died last night on Roser Park Drive. With the city channelling all the rain water thru pipes into this creek, it over flows and causes havic not only on the properties on this street, but last night almost ended lives. This needs to end. The road disappears and a fatality is going to happen. Its just a matter of time. Please stop deverting all the rain water into this creek. This is piped in water. Control it or flood some other part of downtown where this water is coming from. Two men were dragged out of this car at 12:3am. And if someone wasn’t driving by they would be dead.

Guy is living out of a green shed at the back of the property and is constantly bringing junk onto the property like broken bikes and other things.

This is absolutely absurd that the city is allowingbthis to continue like this were people are living out of sheds with no running water or toilet availble to them

Over 4 weeks being told these trees would be taken care of with absolutely no results.

Building has huge open holes in to the building on backside. Needs to be torn down. Has been vacant for a long time. Owner's of property should be required to level it.

Cemetery and surrounding easements are severely overgrown. Trustee needs to maintain the premises.
