NA - Historic Uptown Neighborhoods PLUS

Heres more of the 100 yr old side walk that the city failed to upgrade while they ran new sidewalks from 9th st to 16th st on both sides of 7th ave n.

Neighborhood has seen no progress in months. August 2017 will be 2 years of the poor structure sitting here with little overall progress & record on the site of multiple complaints. Please provide update. Thank you.

Sorry too much traffic to take picture during day light. There is a sip at this intersection that has always been there but now there appears to be a hole forming in the right lane going East on 9th Ave towards the center of the street but still in the right lane. please check it out.

The homeless population is using this address for their bathroom and bedroom. Every single day items of human excrement, dirty clothing, bedding and waste items are left on this private property which is a non-profit Day Program for handicapped people. Today, there is a large amount of human feces (attracting a lot of flies), a tampon applicator, clothes, bedding and waste up against the building near the entryway. This is an ongoing issue with the homeless population in the area trespassing on this property. A call has been placed with the SPPD non-emergency number for today's issues, but a more permanent solution needs to be addressed.

Love to see the property owners putting some work into 649 7th ave north. HOWEVER landscapers dumped a pile of landscaping stones in the middle of city sidewalk. This was done on Thursday. It is now Saturday and no one is working over the weekend at this location. There is no using sidewalk and it forces people into the street. For those people in the neighborhood who are wheelchair bound this is more than just an inconvenience. Added to that, garbage cans are remaining at the curb 24/7

In Loving Care 1001 MLK has OSS residences roming the neighborhood selling pills to whomever, congrigating at the end of the coldasac (end of the street) littering the street, park and walkways with beer cans, soda cans, food snack wrappers, lottering, approaching passer-bys for money. This facility needs some fences, more employees to manage the number of residences, and security for use of all the entry/exit doors.

Recently the pavement here where the concrete meets the brick cracked and fell apart creating a ledge where you pull into the alley

Does anyone have a problem with these bright blue recycling bins left out in front of people's homes instead of being brought in with trash cans like any normal person would do? These bins are a complete eyesore. I think this area is getting worse not better.
