no permit visible on property. lumber package blocking sidewalk. trash and debris should be contained to property with silt fencing.

Major construction underway on home. Wall ripped down. Wood, board, doors and construction debris piled up in yard for several weeks. Causing a potential for drawing rodents and snakes. No permits posted.

Excessive outdoor storage of multiple things thru out his front yard for 4 months now. Needs to move it inside, to the back yard or throw it out

on the northwest corner of 1st Ave N and 49th street the property is being used as some kinda of hostel or by the day rooming house .
not sure if this is legal or zoned for that activity. it's a concern of the Live Oaks Neighborhood.

Property has been vacant and almost abandoned for months. Appears to have had some construction started but has been left unfinished and unmaintained. There is wood with nails sticking out, 2 x 4's, beams and doors piled up in the yard, Grass is overgrown and the fence is leaning over. Wood beams in alley. A wall to house has been taken down. Big hole in siding of the house. This place is an eye sore to the community and is unsafe. Children like to hide and play back there because they know that nobody has been living there.

Areas of raised sidewalk around perimeter

I live by the park in the Live Oak neighborhood. There is no light in the park so at night people go in there for various reasons, some drugs, some teenagers, some homeles bys, etc... We call St Petersburg Police when we notice them after dark. The dispatcher told us a couple of calls ago the park is not listed as a St Petersburg Park. Sometimes the police can't find the park. I would like to see that rectified. I would also like lights in the park to deter the teenagers and drug dealers. Many of the neighborhood folks have the same concerns I do. Some have found needles in and around the park and neighborhood. Some feel unsafe taking their children to play in the park. Teens go in during the day and are very intimidating. The park is located at the SE corner of 55th St and 2nd Ave N.

Someone using ally to dump furniture, swimming pool, etc. in ally behind house! Overgrown weeds make it look like a dump back there!

This address has yard clutter,boat, broken go cart,junk all along side yard and front yard.
This has to be a hazard for the mail person and the 2 children that visit there at times .
It’s a mess and not a good look to fellow neighbors

Neighbor parks his truck on the outside of his privacy fence in the yard every day overnight.

This property's lawn has not been cut all summer, and is a disgrace. It's harboring bugs.

216 54th St N continuously misused garbage cans in alley. They NEVER throw their garbage in the cans and throw actual garbage and materials in recycling containers that then prevents recycling from being picked up. They leave all sorts of furniture behind and NEVER report for pick up. As soon as they moved in last year, this sanitation epidemic began. It’s disgusting and a health hazard.
