Inadequate lighting assisting in multiple vehicle burglaries. I have placed the marker exactly where the street light needs to be installed. If need be, I can have a petition signed by Neighborhood for street light request. In the attached photo, the red line represents the proposed street light.

I have owned a home in Maximo Moorings for 2 years now and I keep hearing the strong sewer smell is going to be fixed yet we are still suffering through days upon days of such a sewer stench that I cant believe any real effort is being put forth. What's up with the Water Plant and what elected official is trying to get this fixed for the neighbors who live here.

These people sell items daily. This is a neighborhood, not a used bike and car lot. Surely they are not zoned to sell items from our neighborhood. It's at the entrance of our neighborhood and looks terrible. Their address is 3720 50th ave s.

House is in foreclosure and vacant. Vegetation is very overgrown to the point of growing on the house. Shed is unsecured, fence is down, rodents visible at night.

The storm drains need cleaned asap. This was from a regular rain storm and our driveway as well as several others and the roads and yards all flooded.

Homeowner is redoing his yard, he is scraping away the topsoil and he is filling 2-3 garbage pails with topsoil week after week, for several months now.

House sold in June and is now being rented for as little four nights, that is a code violation in Maximo Moorings. The last family that stayed there was beyond loud and left the houses motion/flood lights on all night.

The lot next to my home at 2211 44th street s its parcel # 27-31-16-12474-000-2080 no known address is being occupied by a number of people sleeping under a tent made of trash materials. They have fires every night as which seeps into my garage apartment windows. There has also been times in high wind that the ambers land on my roof. They have a dog that barks all hours of the night, when I am not home they plug into my outside electrical outlets I have come home and taken pictures of that. The lot looks like complete trash. I am trying as well as the neighbors to bring our area up. I have never heard that this type of primitive living is allowed in the city limits. I am upset as a tax payer as well as a bill payer that I have to live with such trash as a view from my window. The owner of the lot owns the palm tree nursery on 22nd S and is a known drug dealer. There is also an issue at the green and white house behind me in the alley. People crawl in and out of the windows at night and sleep in the garage. I think there is prostitution going on in there as well. I hate that I can no longer feel safe when I leave in the mornings at 330am.
