NA - Palmetto Park Neighborhood Association PLUS

The city needs to look into this business. It is being rented out for events. There appears to be no records of building, electrical, or plumbing permits. No certificates of occupancy, no inspections by fire marshalls..etc. It appears all construction was done behind an eight foot wall. The events are bringing parking issues, sanitation issues, and noise issues. As a business we all would like to avoid all the fees and inspections but this would not be in the best interest of public and neighborhood safety.

Trash all around property rats coming and going...trash just thrown on curb loose or in plastic bags..Tbags..THbags..Tbags..THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM AT THIS ADDRESS . there must be some kind of long term solution to this.

Another week another big pile of trash sitting outside this house. When will the city of St. Petersburg do something about this house? As a business owner in the area it’s very disturbing that nothing is done about this house

The potholes are back

City garbage and recycling trucks stop to get items and dig a rut in the soft dirt alley behind our home. The city agreed in the past that the dust from this also drifts into the pre school adjacent to the alley why 3 year old darlings play. This is a disgrace for a properties with $14,000+ annual tax. Please lay down gravel or replace dirt with ashphalt .

Overflowing trash. Trash smells. Trash blowing into our yards. Things we have to deal with here in palmetto park. The sanitation department will once again close this without taking any action. There is a history of complaints logged, and closed, without any action taken. The solution is simple: add another trash bin to mitigate the increased population density on this alley and pick up the trash when you say you will. This is unacceptable and a health hazard. This issue isn't going to go away by closing these tickets, but it will go away one way or another because I don't plan to live this way. i
