LED sign changing messages every 45 seconds. Minimum message dwell time in the city is 60 seconds.

Numerous sidewalk slabs cracked, broken and/or sinking. Large delivery trucks have been parking on the sidewalk on the east side of Leeland just south of the Pinellas Bayway (where loading zone signs are). Additional broken slabs south of this area on the east side. One broken slab on west side of Leeland where sidewalk begins.south of marked crosswalk. See photos for typical examples.

Newly formed pothole on Leeland St S, at the intersection of the Pinellas Bayway.

Several weeks ago Duke Energy did some repairs here excavating a large hole to access their power vault and installing a new underground feeder. They never returned to close the vault or fill in the hole.

Storm drains on both sides of the street (Leeland St S and Pinellas Bayway) are clogged with debris.

3rd report of clogged drain flooding street. grass has grown in and around drain. I've reported over and over. get rid of the grass get rid of the problem

Storm drain blocked with leaf debris. This is a reoccurring problem, and causes the intersection to flood when we get heavy rains.

Rusted manhole cover unstable. I stepped on the his and fell down storm drain. I have injuries.

There is a traffic sign on the SE corner of the Bayway and Leeland that if too low and sticks out into the sidewalk area. A pedestrian not paying attention can walk right into it and injure their head.

There is an owner in Unit 1602 having work performed on their unit that requires permits and they have not applied for the permits or provided documentation of such.
