NA - Tropical Shores Neighborhood Association PLUS

This foreclosed home has been empty for 3+ years and is in major decay. The yard is no longer kept. I believe it's bank held and their lack of response is troubling.

470 22nd ave SE in Tropical Shores. neighbor is building a shed without permit. I was told by city that a permit is needed and homeowners says opposite.

Jet ski parked in driveway for months without ever moving

Commercial vehicle parked at property and boat and trailer parked in driveway daily

Noticeable flooding in this easement area that is overflowing into street. Seems to be related to city water because there are no sprinklers or other water sources nearby.

As reported by others, new driver repeatedly spills garage can contents onto street when doing weekly pickup. Please address with driver.

This is my fifth request to get somebody to fix these curbs. Trucks are constantly driving over the curb through my yard and on top of my sprinkler heads. I would like a response also be following up with the message to the mayors office

Again today truck driver didn’t empty a can all the way and left a mess on the road for the homeowner. Then the driver came back down the street to empty the cans for homes across from us so he had to see the mess he left!! This is a chronic issue that needs to be addressed. Our former Sanitation truck driver never had these issues. This mess today is my neighbors house. Mine was left a mess last week.

curb is holding water - not draining

4 broken & crumbling concrete areas on the street storm-rain water gutter (area between the paved street and the property.) This property is located on the curve of the paved street at 2200 E Bay Isle Dr SE (Tropic Shores.) Photo attached. Is this the home owner's or the City's responsibility to repair the concrete street gutter? Thank You.
