The property at 4949 6th Avenue S is overgrown and unsightly. This seems to be an ongoing problem with the property being unsightly especially with our continued rainy season. Also it is extremely evident that there is continual front lawn parking.

Yard is unkept and grass is almost a foot tall. Looks absolutely disgusting! This home is bringing down the value of he neighborhood.

Poop, Toilet paper & raw Sewage! More sewage waste has been added to this area since yesterday. The stink almost takes up the whole alley. The worst thing is that in order to close the dumpster one must stand in this @#$%. The big black flies are having a feast. It's so unsanitary and it's embarrassing when I have company in my back yard. Please clean this and sanitize the area. Thanks.
