Broke curb on 81st St S

There is a low spot in the street in front of this property. When it rains the water does not flow to any of the drains. This is causing standing water and mosquitoes.

Grass needs cutting

property owner continuously displays his business sign in the yard. work is not being done there.....it is advertisement for his business.

Media cutting for collector streets. Know there are other pressing issues such as Red Tide, but it's been 3-4 weeks now since 79th St. S. Medians have been mowed in Yacht Club Estates. Thanks !

We are paying a our taxes just like everybody else; why our roads are cracked and neglected, why weeds are taking over all our sidewalks and curbs? instead of spending $6 million on the pier art work, attend to your taxpayers concerns and complaints.thanks

From heavy rains this morning water was not draining efficiently in the drain so water came to mid driveway. Drain might need cleaned out in front of house.

Two pot holes

They have recently performed water work in our cul-de-sac. During the rain storm tonight (05/30) we had water draining issues with our toilets. Extremely slow in some cases. I am not sure if this has anything to do with the recent work, but in the almost 4 years we have lived year, I don't remember this happening.

Gutter is crumbling and holds water and weeds.
