My neighbor's tree looks like it's going to fall any day now. What should I do?

There has been an old camper van parked at the corner of Gem Ave and Center street for the last 48 hours. It is parked in an awkward position, half sticking out on a blind corner. Please cite this vehicle and tow it.

Armchair dumped near sidewalk directly across the street from address provided. Chair has been left at that location for approximately one month

My dog left home yesterday night after I left the backyard gate open, his name is chilito and he doesn't have a tag, last time I gave him a shower I forgot to put it back.. It would make my family's Thanksgiving Day if anybody can give me any info so I can find him.. Thanks everyone and Happy Thanksgiving Day!

An AT&T VRAD that was installed a few months now has graffiti all over it.

Many cars now parked on Grove Way Within the last week or so and appear that they are being slept in. There are many homeless in the area but usually you they just walk down the street but now it appears it’s getting much worse and not safe for us renters and homeowners

This property needs attention. The entire front yard is gravel - no landscaping exists. Occupants park several vehicles in the front and side yards. The roof on the home is in disrepair and debris litter the yards.

Red zone is painted over and there are cars blocking the sidewalk :(
