    Large piles of garbage next to the dumpster in the alley behind the building on the Southwest corner of Snelling and Edmund. The garbage is blowing around the neighborhood.

    Dog barking for hours everyday, left outside unattended chained to a cement block. When barking starts, no one comes to check on animal, or bring it in. Concerned about animal neglect & welfare, especially as it gets colder. Other neighbors report being woken from sleep due to barking over the past month. Early morning and evening hours noticing the barking the most.
