Huge potholes -- three or four of them, each probably 4-6" deep and probably 18-24" in diameter at Holmes and Scott. On both Holmes and Scott.

There are 2 large potholes on Schlumberger Street that need to be repaired.

Please update the no parking signs to NO PARKING ANYTIME ON EMMANCIPATION AVE PLEASE. Cars park in the outer driving lanes of emancipation ave consistently, 24 hours a day, which takes away 2 lanes for driving and makes this major thoroughfare a one lane road. It is SO hazardous for pedestrians entering and exiting cars parked on this major thoroughfare, and encourages people to gather in the middle of the avenue and block traffic. Food trucks also park on this avenue from 9pm-3am and patrons form lines which extend into the street and block traffic. There have already been injurys and deaths at emancipation ave @ wentworth street. Please protect the homeowners, pedestrians, and drivers in this area from future injury with no parking anytime signs.

The woman has been removed from the Riverside Hospital lot, but all of her belongings, trash and feces are still covering the area. It is very unsightly and I can guarantee she will be back with her things still accessible there. We desperately need the trash removed. We would do it ourselves, but believe it should be addressed in conjunction with removing the individual. Thank you for your quick response yesterday removing her and for your follow-up removing all of the trash.

Large pothole. Traffic swerving into other lane to avoid

at this location there is a separated concrete at the intersection which cause damage to cars and this coreer is the rout for Debakey students and Harris country psychiatric center.

This is a follow up to a previous case. The homeless woman at the end of the block has returned, with even more baskets of cr*p than before. She is yelling at passing cars and urinating near the sidewalk, in full view of the nearby school. I appreciate that you guys have run her off, but she keeps coming right back. We need a permanent solution, please.

The homeless woman who took up residence at the corner of Glenloch and Bellfort was removed by police on June 6th, but she has returned overnight and is there today, June 17th. Her accumulation of trash, public urinating and defecating, and inappropriate dress are unacceptable and there needs to be a permanent solution to her removal. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

Game room patrons using parking lot as toilet. Trash and filth on sidewalk and surrounding area. Just witnessed a man urinating on the side of the building.

There is a sunken section of concrete on the eastbound side of Airport Blvd, center lane, just east of Telephone Road.

There is a homeless lady camping on esplanade. She is sitting on lawn chair exposing her parts.
