Code Violation homeless drug dealer camping in parking lot for past two weeks ever since business was shut down and building condemned at location

This person is confrontational and causing problems for business owners and customers

Parks behind dumpster and draws undesirables in from all directions at all hours day or night

I was at the cvs store last evening around 7:30pm and noticed a few homeless transients hanging around the area. Upon my exit from the cvs I was walking behind a elderly gentleman and when he exited the store one of the now multiple homeless guys dog almost attacked the poor old guy. I think he may have wet himself he was so scared. I made sure he made it to him car and left the parking lot. What if the poor guy had gotten bite. This is unacceptable, there are lots of seniors in this town and they are easy pray for these transients. This needs to be taken care of now. I'm also tired of being accosted by begger every time I go to the post office in the same shopping center.

Homeless camp set up again on the property at Greenback and Hickory, next to Almond Heights assisted living. Visible from the Hickory side of property across from the Winco entrance. This has been an issue before.

There has been graffiti at the Smog Shop at Greenback & Chestnut for at least two weeks now. It looks bad in our community.

Parking lot was recently vacated due to a tenant generated safety and legal issue, tent trailer was left behind and is full of garbage and smells of human waste. Please address and advise. Property owner is unresponsive.

A male & female begging for money in the Cable Park shopping center And Orangevale. Security moved them away from the post office. Now they ate at n front of Donut Spot.

Behind the 99 cent store on Madison and Main in Orangevale. It is a broken down Motorhome. Been there since Thursday the 22nd.
