Since the change in traffic pattern on Pleasant Valley Way, northbound, just south of Mt. Pleasant Ave., traffic is backed up. Two lanes of thru traffic have been reduced to one lane of thru traffic and one turning lane.
There is a delayed traffic signal for oncoming traffic, so why is it necessary to have a dedicated left turn lane. The changes hacve resulted in increased congestion during the evening rush hour.

New highway paving is ok but not smooth. No painted lane lines (or faded, intermittent) driving east between Laurel Ave and Prospect Ave exits. It's like the repaving project was halted without completion.

My parents just need their walkway, stairs and small driveway shoveled.

The streetlamp at this location seems to be burning night AND day, which is a waste of energy. As a matter fact, this seems to involve a group of THREE lamps, at the given location and spreading to the upper part of Lakeview Drive, up to the junction with Sanford Place.

Remove snow from northbound Prospect Ave from 280 exit up to Eagle Rock Ave intersection. This is a major thoroughfare and the right lane is completely or half-blocked by snow/ice 3 weeks after the snowstorm! The high 50's over the weekend didn't melt the snow. This can be done at night or non-rush hour time. County road public works, take notice! Do it before the next storm.

The elderly residents need help shoveling out their cars. The handicap parking spaces are plowed in and it's difficult for those to get to their vehicles.

For the past few weeks, the large street lights coming from the offramp of 280 West to the corner of Belle Terri Road and Pleasant Valley Way have not been operational around 12:30am.
