3 bedroom house has been turned into a roommate/tenant situation complete with a collection of undrivable vehicles and unleashed dogs. There's an existing shed on the south side of the house that's been previously rented out as an ADU. They are currently building a second shed next to it with plans to rent that out as an ADU as well. There's no way their septic is equipped to handle 3+2 bedrooms, let alone all the people actually living there any any given time. There's definitely no way that their shed situation is safe or reasonable housing, but I'm unclear if that's actually any kind of formal violation.
The whole situation over there is unfortunate and only getting worse. might be worth a welfare check if nothing else.

Road Issue ArchivedNe Hidden Cove Rd & Silven Ave Ne Bainbridge Island, WA, 98110, USA - Bainbridge Island
The stretch of Hidden Cove Rd. road from the intersection with Henderson Rd down to the large group of mailboxes near 6336 Hidden Cove Rd is in a state EXTREME deterioration. This has been a problem for several YEARS now and the city has done nothing more than very tiny patches to 2-3 potholes. This minor attempt to fix the issue is NOT working. We have made request after request for the entire road to be repaired properly (re-paved) and nothing is being done. The construction of 3 new houses on this road has just intensified the deterioration over the last year. Please....our cars should not have to endure this terrible road any longer!
When re-paving is done, the asphalt should be extended beyond it's current edge at the mailboxes. This corner is currently (and every single year) a huge issue with pot-holes in the gravel making entry for residents, mail trucks, delivery trucks, and garbage services increasingly difficult this time of year. Please fill these potholes and then properly pave this corner as shown in the attached sketch.

The out buildings continue to be inhabited. There have no water or sewer.
Multiple vehicles that do not operate are parked on the property.
Furniture and trash is spread across the property.
This appears to be the 5th complaint for this property since 2021 and no action has been taken by the City of Bainbridge.

Water conveyance to beach Archived6274 Ne Hidden Cove Rd And 6337 Ne Hidden Cove Rd Bainbridge Island, Washington - Bainbridge IslandThe turquoise blue plastic sleeve which conveys water from the catch basin at the west end of Hidden Cove Road to the beach is currently buried in gravel which has been accumulating all summer, in some instances raising the level of the beach at the shore by over 2 feet. I have concern about whether or not the plastic sleeve will allow the water to pass to the beach as it normally does when it is above the beach level. This plastic sleeve does not have a diffuser on it which would be nice because when the rain is torrential, the beach is gullied with water run off from that plastic sleeve.
