Venice Gardens

Big pile of gravel laying on side of property for over a year now, next to an overgrown/unmaintained raised bed. The property address is 523 Oxford Dr. The pile of gravel is located at the corner Cambridge and Oxford.

In the backyard of this home there is a pile of scrap metal that has been growing for 2 yrs or more. Last year the neighbors were lucky during the hurricane that it didn't blow all over. I would like to see it removed before we have any bad storms this year.

Pervasive smell of decaying rotting flesh in the area, multiple trash cans sitting in the front yard at this address.

Tree was trimmed and not bundled properly for pick up! We have been through 2 Thursday pickups! This is at 1240 Lakeside Dr!

I've reported this before. There is signage/stripping confusion for all. Just yesterday AGAIN there was nearly a crash and it involved a motorcycle. The cyclist thought it was a straight lane going into the suddenly appearing double lanes on the other side of the intersection. He barely escaped injury when the pickup truck thought the right lane on the other side of the intersection was his. I understand this confusion will be difficult to fix. The confusion /danger was caused by the new bike lane signage. This needs to be further define at this intersection. Please don't just close this issue this time. Someone is going to be hurt.

Left turn lane light literally stays green for 10 seconds. Maybe during season the light should be longer. Traffic is backed up all down center road.

At this address they are scrapers. This is just part of the mess. This picture was taken after a load went to scrap yard. There is more on the porch, when the garbage is picked up they put more out and it sits all week until next garbage day. This is an ongoing issue and when we report it they clean it up and when they are cleared it starts all over again.

On 2120 Cambridge Drive was a large tree removed
The tree was healthy and was removed on a Sunday by the owner. I haven't seen any note or permit placed before removal.

The Left turn arrow is too short. It does not allow enough time for all the cars in the left turn lanes to make their turn onto Center Rd. Often only 4 or 5 cars can make their turn before the signal turns red.

The Street Sign at the intersection of Oxford Dr & Tuxedo is severely tilted. Also another nearby sign is tilted: At the corner of Cambridge & Shamrock Blvd.
