Crooked Creek

This property is currently vacant. There is a large amount of trash all across the front of the property. For those of us that live adjacent, it is an eyesore that's been like this for months.
This is private property - can you contact the owner to press for cleanup please?

Cutter’s Cigar Emporium has recently moved to 4915 Winward Parkway, ste 100 (Next to Mambo’s cafe). Several feet away from this building is situated the residential community called Cogburn Walk.
The noise level has gone up and we can strongly smell the cigar smoke coming from that area. We have many small children in our subdivision. I am allergic to the cigar/cigarette smell and I have a 4 year old child who is getting exposed to second hand smoke.
They placed tables facing the houses in our subdivision near the chain link fence. We do not feel safe going to our deck with strangers looking at our house and we fear the situation will get worse during winter when the leaves are gone.
We also fear that property values in our subdivision will decrease due to the proximity/exposure to the crowd and cigar/cigarette smell.

Also, people are sitting so close to the chain link fence if they accidentally throw cigarette butts over the fence it can start a fire easily on a dry day.

At this time, we urge the city to protect the health, wellbeing and privacy of the residents of this community. We request the following:
1. Extend the retaining wall so our subdivision is not visible from the patio.
2. Ensure all music entertainment is conducted within the interior of the building and no outdoor speakers are permitted.
3. Move the patio/ arrange tables in such manner that the smoke smell does not travel towards Cogburn Walk.

There is a car that is always parked at the corner of Autumn Close and Creek Club. It is very close to the stop sign and impossible to see at night.

I can verify it is in the street every day, into the night and possibly overnight, which isn’t allowed.

It is VERY dangerous at that intersection for so many reasons. I’ve included a photo and believe it belongs to someone at 14755 Creek Club, license plate is possibly: CXL K27, (sorry the image is a little blurry) newer Kia Sportage, black.

Just west of the address indicated there’s erosion under a sidewalk that could potentially collapse the sidewalk.

Fence has been painted green and yellow. Used to be Milton had a code for four rail black fences.

Advertising sign at corner of Thompson and Francis. There is a window washing sign if you turn left on Francis on the left and another power washing sign attached to the utility pole also on the left.

Sign is sitting without permit and the homeowners association has not granted permission. Homeowners have completely disregarded the HOA violation letters. Please have them remove sign immediately.
