stormwater pipes at south side of property along 8thAve SW appear to be broken and roadside section of property is saturated. Water flow above property (to the west) is clear fast and steady, and water flow below property (to the est) is muddy and considerably slower flow indicating a blockage. Same color of muddy water is present above ground at eastern portion of driveway.Attached image is looking down into manhole directly in front of property.

There a several fence sections laying on the ground. They’ve been moved a couple times but never picked up. Would like them removed from area. Thx

Storm drain in front of 2825 8th Ave SW has rotted away. I reported this over a year ago and was told a project would be opened to fix. However the constantly flowing water seems to be eroding the roadway. Potholes are constantly being fixed but open up right away. I would appreciate a status on when storm drain will be fixed. Thx

Pothole developing on westbound side of roadway near this address.

I understand that the County has taken this property over but the house has been sitting there for years, boarded up, broken down and still bearing the result of a fire. This is a dangerous rat filled house and unless the County is exempt from its own code enforcement, how about you practice what you preach and get rid of this eyesore once and for all. It is a blight on the neighborhood.

Sight visibility problems at the property. The tall bushes surround their driveway, which is very close to holly ln and indian rocks road. When they back out of their driveway there is almost always a collision with cars entering the subdivision on Holly ln. Isnt there a sight visibility triangle that needs to be adhered to?

Stormdrain has sank below the roadway.

The dog is not leashed and runs freely in the street, front yard, and neighbors yards. The owners also do not remove their dog’s feces creating a health hazard.

This ongoing problem, nothing has been done. Health hazard with rats in the pile of trash, if hurricane comes this pile will be flying debris. Disgusting that the county is not helping resolve this issue.
