The new street median created in Midland Ave. (between Highland and Ellsworth Streets) is very difficult to see at night. There are no curb markings or signs to alert drivers. This is a hazard that needs reflective paint on the curb at least. Without attention to this, accidents may result.

The concrete was recently patched where a utility pole was removed. Someone drew a penis in the wet concrete. Please remove the penis.

Sidewalk on Reese St on east side of property is impassable because of overgrown weeds and bushes which block access to sidewalk.

The developer of the new apts and shops on Highland between Midland and Central has parked a 53' trailer detached from its truck engine on Ellsworth St. We were told that no construction storage or traffic would be located on Ellsworth.

The large lot on Ellsworth between Central and Midland has not been maintained in quite some time. It is supposedly being developed into houses, but no one is maintaining the grass and trash before construction starts. The lot has weeds well above 12 inches and a lot trash. The property owner should be held accountable for maintaining the property.

With no previous warning, MLG&W showed up 10/26 to repair gas leak reported by the man across the street. As I left for work, I was assured by the worker my gas would be back on when I got home. After many calls on Monday night and all day Tuesday, my gas is still not on. Finally got put on "the list". Waited yesterday from 4 p.m. to midnight. No show. I understand that they're busy. But c'mon,. At least come when a person has appointment! Especially since I'm a 77 yr. old, sitting up until midnight and feel this is unacceptable. No hot water or heat for 3 days? My only recourse was to reach out to your office to intercede for me.

Chronic yard parking over last two years. Neighbors have tried to mediate, and several times filed code complaints that were quickly closed out "unjustified."
