Dolphin Cay is an 88 acre complex of Condominiums and separate Private Residences that has been thriving since 1995 when it opened. It is a gated community which is manned 24/7. Thus, it is suggested that visitors make arrangements with one of the home owners to facilitate admission to the property.

    Spoke to owners at this location. Frontier came out and was burying their utilitiesand hit our water line. We fixed the line, but now opposite side of driveway where cable was being buried is caving in.
