This city trash can has been full for nearly a month. Fills up very quickly with dog poop bags from residents. Maybe a second can would help? If not, maybe just more regular pickups.

The owner at 618 has foundation falling as well as the metal fence that he's using as a substitute for a roof is only installed by one or two nails per panel he refuses to fix it stating( its my house I can keep it however i like!) even after there's been panels flying off into the neighbors driveway hitting a vehicle and almost a child if one of these panels were to hit anyone it could be fatal we need to get attention to this immediately also there are piles and piles of old trash and old wood that are creating places for rats to nest weve seen so many rats coming from his property were are concerned about our children we have put a lot of thought into relocating if this problem house can't be placed on the citys demolition list or problems fixed immediately this place has been a hazard for at least ten years now I personally think its time to be demolished thats juat my opinion hopefully the city of toledo feels the same way

505 clevealnd st 43611 is in horrible condition. the backyard is over grown into my yard it broke my fence. the vines pulled my cable line down. you guys sent some 1 time in the last 5 years I been complaining about this and they didn't even clean up the backyard just the front which wasn't bad because I take care of the front. the trees are very weak 1 fell already did damage to my roof I got pics and this is during my asking you guys for help. thank god no body got hurt or killed by it. theres and shed in the backyard that has a very bad lean to it and the structure is very weak and its leaning into my yard if it falls and hurts 1 of my kids or wife or anyone at my house there will be a lawsuit I'm im screen shooting these messages and showing them to my lawyer so he knows I'm trying and been trying every spring and summer to get this taking care of. the house is completely in bad condition ppl get in through broken windows so I chase them out called the police a couple times im scared there gonna catch it on fire my house is real close to it . please clean it up it needs attention badly or tear it down and clean it up please... the bugs/tick/ bees nest / wasp nest/ rodents its really bad please help. this crazy though 5 years and aint nothing being done they posted a set of papers up saying if something aint done the house will be demoed that was like 2 years ago and nothin. please help me.

The truck has been warned 3 times and still sitting it there along with junk on the porch and side of the house to the right junk in back yard along with 2 dogs in back yard there trash is blowing in others yard they have rats and other wild animals

Union Memorial Park - grounds need improvement Grass/weeds are growing up through paving stones and walkways Areas with landscaping have weeds growing in them Plant potters do not have any sort of plants in them and are empty Areas of park - especially near the historical marker - needs to be swept clear of trash and leaves

There is a dead tree at the intersection of Lagrange and Huron in the Historic Vistula District that need to be replaced. Volunteers from the Historic Vistula foundation have adopted the planters and the immediate area to try to keep the corner looking reasonable. It died very quickly. These volunteers also have regularly watered the trees around this corner during hot, dry periods, and are sad to see this attractive tree dying.

Incidentally, this is also on a corner where there is an attractive mixed-use unit that was recently occupied and is now empty and beginning to be vandalized. It has an out-of-town owner and significant back-taxes due. This decay should be addressed before the building deteriorates to a point where it can no longer be revitalized,

Potholes need filled E bound Manhattan Blvd between Hoffman Rd & New York Ave

They have turned hard and Allie into a junkyard behind my bar Cars park in no parking and blocking lot. Piles of washer metal tires and more. It is a real mess.
