    I was an eyewitness to a person in the car in front of me removing a large trash bag from the rear seat and dumping it on the side of the roadway, on the exit ramp of Rte 580 East (Golf Links Rd exit) at 8AM today. The bag ripped open and trash and broken glass became strewn on the side of the road. The car had License plate CA 5TYN447.

    There are extremely unsafe traffic backups that happen on southbound 580 at the 98th Ave / Golf Links exit. See the deep red traffic backup in the attached photo. I believe this is exit 29A. At several times of the day, southbound 580 traffic will back-up from the offramp signal light all the way back and well onto the slow lane of the freeway. As you can imagine, southbound 580 drivers going 60-70 mph will come around the bend in the road and encounter cars at a dead stop that are queued up to exit the freeway. This is really a tragedy waiting to happen and it's particularly acute during peak weekday usage times around the local high school Bishop O'Dowd.

    The City of Oakland simply needs to adjust the timing of the traffic light at 98th and Golf Links to allow more time for cars to clear off the exit ramp.

    The entire road between Keller Ave and Golf Links Rd on Mountain Blvd. is completely falling apart. Its not just numerous gigantic pot holes, the road itself has never been repaved in the 50+ years I've lived here in this area. Its high time that the City of Oakland re-pave the entire 2 mile stretch between Keller Ave and Golf Links on Mountain Blvd! Please repair this road ASAP! I am destroying my car and I'm considering moving out of Oakland because of these horrible roads and trash dumped everywhere.

    At least 3 very deep potholes (4 inches deep) on City of Oakland streets that are unavoidable when navigating the intersection of Golf Links Rd and the 580 WB off-ramp and on-ramp. Personally witnessed and heard a vehicle pop a tire on the biggest of the potholes. These are incredibly dangerous and unacceptable.
