Gautier Watch

one sinkhole starting to form and two potholes. sinkhole is right in front of 67 condict and potholes are roughly 20'and 50' to the east or up the street can't miss. also just before this on Mallory there is two great big potholes that have been patched and patched now huge chunks of patch are coming up. Mallory needs resurfaced bad.

looks to me like someone painted their own no parking signage and lines on my street, not exactly regulation and very confusing.

None of the crosswalks have any striping. This is a safety hazard.

Note that these aren’t faded away. Many sections were torn up or prior roadwork and never painted on the patched road surface.

There needs to be signs put up (where possible enforced) reminding people to pick up their dogs waste, there are many negligent owners in the area who leave dog waste on public sidewalks. Besides the smell and the impact to property owners this impacts everyone.

The new apartment building seems to be way taller than a building in this zone is allowed. Is there some way to measure the height to ensure it meets guidelines? It is not a double lot, so I believe the height limit is 34 feet? It towers over the homes on either side.

I just witnessed 3 cars speed through this stop sign as I attempted to cross the street with a stroller. This intersection is right near the park and used by many families in our neighborhood. Could this stop sign be made more visible? Perhaps blinking lights or something? I think it would really help for pedestrian safety, there are many young families in this area.

Medium sized Tree in front of 73 GAUTIER AVE needs to be trimmed as it has started to grow into utility cables.

Hudson Lawn Enforcement landscapers are blowing neighbors leaves directly into the park. Not bagging them up for removal.

Large cardboard box pieces were left behind on my corner. I did not put this giant box out for pickup. Can only assume neighbor did or it came off the back of the recycling truck? Please remove from corner.

Employee 'park patrol' is hiding his vehicle and hanging out at a residents house on Gautier Ave. has been there for at least 30 minutes.

He left at 5:10pm. Now he's back at 5:40 pm. This is the third time. It's 7:43. Park Patrol Vehicle is still parked there, 2 hours later. Very suspicious.

Next day update. He pretty much stayed there at the friends house (he's dressed in dark blue pants and shirt) until about 10 minutes to 8pm. Then he left in the park patrol vehicle. Then he came back in his personal vehicle (creepy black van) and parked directly in front of their house. Ridiculous. He's supposed to be patrolling the park. Instead he sat on his friends porch and most likely drank alcohol the whole day.

There is uneven pavement where Belvidere Ave. ends and the entrance to Lincoln Park begins. Please have this fixed. I sprained my ankle while running over it this morning. There are also uneven/ breaking/collapsing path edges where the path and grass meet.
