Sabre Springs Residents

This is regarding speeding cars through our neighborhood constantly and it happens everyday. This is marked as a 25 mph zone people are driving through 30 to 60 miles an hour often time they don't stop at stop signs at intersection. This also included motorcycle riders. This is a very serious concern it's just a matter of a big accident to happen or someone will get hurt including property damage since it's a small neighborhood street. This happens 7 days a week all da long and evenings and also including weekend constantly through the day. Perhaps city should approve to install speed bumps to help slow down speeding and possible traffic

This also include parking literally no parking at times for residents in front of our home sometimes we have to park a block away because apartment tenants across the street are taking all the parking spaces because the complex owner don't have enough assign parking on their property. Understood it's a city street we don't own it but we are paying taxes and expecting some curtesy to leave our side of the streets in front of our home to park our vehicles.

Any help is greatly appreciate or concerns. People just screams at the car but, afraid to take action and sign the petition form and I really don't feel that I should waste my time to go out there and ask for signature while pay city employees serving as our voted community leaders and employees should go out and make assessment's and see for themselves how they could help serve and protect our community. Do what's necessary to avoid any disaster from happening.

Homeless Encampment not resolved

Our complex is refusing to replace wood infested with termites and is just hiding the damage with putty!

There is a ditch between the behind the homes south of Wanesta Drive. There is sediment and debris in the ditch and I have seen kids climb in there. Who maintains this ditch and can additional fencing/signs be added to deter others from accessing the ditch? Seems like an unsafe situation.

Many picnic tables and benches are broken in Aubrey Park They are the permanent ones mounted in concrete

The amount of flooding that occurs at Hilleary Park during a typical rainstorm is bad. A simple tractor to ensure the flow of water does not spill over and onto the the parks sidewalks would be all that is needed to clean up the area on the South end of the park. With the out of control mosquito problem Poway residents have noticed (Asain Tiger Mosquito), high water rates, and current drought situation throughout the State, this simple fix would help maintain the beauty of this park and keep the public health and aquatic life here happy.

doesn't sense cars is just timed

Ground cover is dying back and weeds are taking over, especially palm trees, nut grass and crab grass. Tree is dead and what looks like a shelf fungus is growing in the bark. Pine needles are slippery on the sidewalk.

I have sent requests in twice. Last request for the City to take action against this mess that we look out at everyday . Last time I submitted a complaint it was registered and acknowledged, 2 weeks later it was closed without any explanation. This lot is a nuisance and public safety risk due to unkept vegetation and fire risk. I get notices every year about cutting vegetation on my slope which I always comply with. Why isn't this being addressed? Prior to seeing this mess for ten years we looked at a collapsing fence along the street. Now the fence is falling down on both sides and in back along a public right if way. The City has swept this away anytime it is brought. Time to fix this problem.

Ankle deep water in some spots within the dog park especially near the water spout. Improper drainage and possibly uneven irrigation. Installing a French drain or putting an additional water spout on the opposite end of the park might reduce the water from being central to that one location.

The sidewalks on McFeron are difficult to walk on, especially with a stroller. Please clear the walkways
