  • 944 Brookline Blvd Pittsburgh, PA 15226, USA - Brookline
Why not just go down the Blvd and patch up all the potholes they pretty much line the whole Blvd! Right at Glenarm there are several large ones (right on the yellow line).

    636 W 5th Ave McKeesport, PA 15132, USA - McKeesport
5th Ave in 10th ward is absolutely the WORST length of black top you'll ever drive over, the road to the glassport dump is easier on your car(closed for years now). If at all possible you should completely avoid this stretch of holes if you dont want to have to get your car re-aligned!!!
  • 51 Lacona Street Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Carrick
Going down the 1 block street of Lacona, the right-hand side of the road is rife with potholes from sewer cave ins or other drainage issues. The LEFT hand side, the curbs are all deteriorating from rain runoff over the years. Lived here 5 years and as of yet, there's never been a comprehensive repair job performed anywhere on this block. Many calls have been placed, but no one ever comes out to patch or repave this road. Considering the light traffic it receives for only being one block long, you'd think a repair would last a LONG time. residents have taken to making their OWN repair work with Sakrete, just to help keep the curb deterioration from ruining their driveways. PLEASE, come fix this road!!!
  • 1871 W Carson St Pittsburgh, PA 15204 - Elliott
From the McKees Rocks plaza until you get pretty much to the Duquesne Incline....West Carson Street has so many potholes that at times you can't avoid them without going into oncoming traffic!!! I ride the bus through there and it actually sounds like the bus is going to fall apart going over all of the potholes....I can only imagine what it would do to a car!!!
  • 4515 Browns Hill Rd Pittsburgh, PA 15217 - Squirrel Hill South
there are multiple potholes on the way downhill on browns hill rd. they are large holes and have been there for years.
  • Beaver Ave Pittsburgh, PA - Marshall-Shadeland
THE WHOLE STREET HAS POTHOLES,THEY DO FILL THEM BUT IN 5 MINUTES THEY ARE EMPTY AND BIGGER. THE STREET IS HORRIBLE. IT'S NOT JUST ONE OR TWO. IT'S EVERY WHERE. YOU HAVE TO ZIGZAG SO THAT YOU DON'T GET A FLAT TIRE.THE WHOLE STREET NEEDS RESURFACED.BADLY
  • 6571 Steubenville Pike Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Robinson Township
At the light coming out of Kohl's (and facing Golf Galaxy) to make the left onto Steubenville Pike, there is a super large pothole that could potentially cause damage and accidents to vehicles as they attempt to avoid it or simply hit it if it is covered with now or filled with water.
  • 3626 Brownsville Road Brentwood, Pennsylvania - Brentwood

Ever since the water utility (Pennsylvania American) has stopped collecting the Alcosan sewage fees, the Brentwood government has contracted "Jordan Tax Service" (JTS) to collect the monthly residential sewer fees. Apparently, they gave JTS free reign to set the billing terms. So, they set a 10% late fee, 1.5% interest, and make the bills due 20 days from the bill date, then take their jolly time mailing the bill out. This assures that they collect a whole lot of those late fees! For example, this months billing date was Nov 27, but arrived today, December 5. It is then due December 17, but assuming the same mailing and processing time that leaves just 3 or 4 days to actually mail the bill back. Don't let that "Jordan Tax Service' letter get lost in the stack of other bills - which all have 28-day payment terms at the very least!

Isn't the privatization of vital government services wonderful!

We demand that the Borough renegotiate JTS's billing terms to conform with that used for all other PUC regulated utilities, including:

    1. A minimum of 30-days between the bill date and the due date (i.e. end of the month)
    2. Non-userous late fees and interest.

Dear Borough residents, please join me in voting for this demand. Thanks.

Huge pothole at intersection of Hazelwood Ave/Browns Hill Road from Waterfront towards Parkway.
