    I work at the Walgreens location at 648 NW front street. I have recently seen an increase in homeless activity in and around my store. It was recently confirmed that there are 3 tents in the field beside the store over the railroad tracks. I know that tent city was recently demolished and I am concerned that this will be the new location for them. This will directly impact my business and potentially the safety of my staff and customers. I appreciate any attention into this matter.

    This has been a continual issue, I reported it last January, and it has not gotten any better..this was taken 2/22/22 outside of my building right at the entryway. Today there were 2 more spots of fresh feces. I reported to the office on several occasions within the past 2 weeks and no one has cleaned up yet. I also suggested they hire a service because the entire complex is covered in it with no penalty to the dog owners, signs or bag waste boxes. It smells and is directly in front of our entryway.     we have a very large pot hole on this street. it has become a hazard to drive on the street since you must navigate off the road to avoid. it is so deep that it would destroy a tire and cause mechanical damage to a car. numerous attempts have been made to get this fixed, but it has not been repaired. your help would be appreciated. thanks

    Technically not DE but the road ventures into PA for a quarter mile and then back into DE and the PA part has not been repaved in years and is littered with potholes. The two states need to find a way to reconcile how to pay for this road to be fixed.
