East Rock parking lot. For as long as I have been going to East Rock Park I have always had my first moments intruded upon by men sitting in their cars , craning their necks at anyone driving in and parking in the lot , hoping you will be like them , looking for sex. Each time I drive in, it's in anticipation of a nice peaceful walk with my dog. I forget each time , until I pull in and see that a number of the cars parked are men , like vulture waiting waiting waiting to hook up either their in their vehicles or walk up a short path directly up from the public lot. I have over the years why this has been allowed.Surely the Parks and Rec of New haven know of this , and surely the police do as well. It seems to be another issue in the city that is wanted to be ignored. I hate being exposed to it... I hate being scanned by vultures eveytime I park there...up to 3 times a week, I hate that subject matter forced into my head at the start of each and every walk. But now with covid the men have taken to setting up their lawn chairs right above the lot . They are there in the woods a couple hundred yards away. And if you haven't learned that hat is "their space for sex you may very well take that PUBLIC trail your self , as I did years ago, As local dog owner did recently and I and to explain to never take that trail again. They are in the woods , they are in the parking lot , they are NOW in your face hanging out in their lawn chairs ., with impunity

So many potholes on Farnam Drive between Davis Street and East Rock Road. Please pave/fix!

I'd love to know the motivation for these structures. They've made this road quite a bit less friendly for bicycles. ☹️

Althou I appreciate the town finnaly coming to fix my sidewalk, the mess that was left is unreal. I understand the tornado we just had hit the town but that doesn't mean leave the place a mess. I spent time last night trying to rake out all of the concrete debris in my grass. The street is still covered with debris. Looking at the photo you can see the mess left on the storm drain. Let alone the damage to my lawn. This is a slap in the face. I expect a much more quality job to be done.

This is a popular recreational street for runners and cyclists because of generally low traffic and simple street and bike lane markings. Bikes, in fact, slow traffic when present. The more bikes the more likely to have traffic calming. It does not seem fully thought-out regarding safety concerns about runners or cyclists at the new layed out [not yet painted] intersections. Whether at an island or a new turning "zone" the bike lanes are reduced to a very narrow strip, and in one case into/over a street drain. I have seen this layout push ["swerve"] cars over the line into the bike lane. I hope the City Engineer will inspect theses layouts and reconsider this. While I know "Traffic Calming" is a policing/neighborhood [and Assoc.] issue with safety concerns, creating clear hazards in the solution for a questionable design outcome seems the wrong priority. I understand this has been approved by Town committees but I am not sure they understood this outcome.

The sidewalk along this property is impassible. This is a chronic problem at this address. Walkers are required to walk on busy Ridge Road along this section.

Corner of Killdeer and Ridge Road. Owners of house have not maintained property along sidewalk on Right Road side. Can no longer walk on side walk as it is completely covered by weeds, overgrowth, hanging branches , Evergreens encroaching. This has been going on for three years , each year it is worse and in winter area is never shoveled. One must walk in street to get by.

Abandoned house at 57 Carroll Rd. Garage door up and housing skunks. Lawn not mowed all summer and snow not shoveled in winter. Large Advataclean trailer in driveway for one year. Old stove in front of house. Attracting vandals, prowlers, and theft to neighborhood. Hamden please address and ruining our neighborhood!! Thank you so much!

a couch has been dumped by the side of the road. it has been there quite some time. it is on the new haven country club side of hartford tpke, close to ridge road intersection. please have it removed and disposed of. thank you
