Flashing lights for pedestrian crossing needed to alert westbound drivers on Main Street about upcoming pedestrian crossing. Many cars are speeding up the street into that blind curve at the top of the hill where the pedestrian crossing is. It is very difficult to cross safely and people are reporting near misses by inattentive drivers. Please install some kind of traffic calming or flashing lights to make this a safe pedestrian crossing.

The West End of Main Street is in desperate need of traffic calming. Most everyone obeys the 25 MPH coming up Main Street where all the shops are, then as soon as they get past the Ellicott Mills light, they think they are out of the city and floor it. The West End is a straight away, and people feel the need to speed. This makes it very difficult and dangerous for residents to cross the street, get into our cars that are parked on the street and even makes me afraid to walk on the sidewalk down towards the town that has no buffer to the cars going 40 or 50 mph. Take a walk down the street and you'll notice the residents park their cars so far onto the sidewalk because we're afraid of having our cars side swiped which happens a lot because of the speeders. Our dog has been hit by a speeding motorist on the street, and the kids in the neighborhood are afraid to cross the street because of how fast people drive. Speed bumps, a camera, anything. Please help.

Sidewalk and access to Lot F to and from Court Ave is full of mud and silt. Asphalt disintegrated and not safe to walk on.
Access to and from Public Parking in Lot F is not ADA compliant.
Need a temporary walkway and ramp installed until permanent repairs can be made.

Estate at Patapsco Park is a new community currently with over 100 homes and in very near future over 200 single family homes. As the community grows, it is becoming more and more difficult to make a left turn into or out of the community. It would be appreciated if the County can evaluate the possibilities for installing either a traffic light or a roundabout at the Valley View and Rogers Ave Junction.

I live in Old Leaf Court and we have 13 houses in our Street. 12 of these houses have kids age ranging from 6 months to 12 years .None of the houses have fences up front. As much as our community residents drive slow, we see plenty of vendors, delivery vans/cars and other visitors speeding through our streets every day. With lots of children in our streets, it is a huge concern for us and we want to be sure no children gets hurt. Hence, we request you to install two speed bumps in our street. One in front of our home and another up front at the start of the street or in between houses 3907 and 3915. Please let me know if you need any additional information and let us know how this request can be taken forward.

asphalt curbing has deteriorated throughout Nottingham Way, please inspect

The gravel that has been used to backfill the area next to St Luke AME that eroded in the 2016 flood is sinking and may be forming a sink hole. This historic church needs a permanent solution similar to the one afforded to St Paul's after the 2011 flood.

Please install traffic calming signage for the Main St community between Rogers Ave & Ellicott Mills Dr.

The timing of this light seems to have changed recently and it’s causing significant backups on Rt 99 at all hours of the day. For example, there seems to be too much time given (no cars) to the sides at the Mt Hebron and St Johns Lane while Rt 99 is backup both ways for a very long time. Please inspect and update. This is causing really frustrating delays to area.

Asphalt patch completed 12JAN2018 failed to resolve issue and sinkhole has resumed growing.

"These are recurring sink holes, and one has recently popped open due to persistent freezing temps. In Fall 2016, this sinkhole was neglected and got so big it ripped the wheel and axle off a car causing a terrible accident. These sinkholes appear to indicate the underside of Main St is washing out from beneath the asphalt and likely require more attention than just an asphalt patch."
