Please change lights on Tampa Road and Curlew Road so people get a green arrow only on a left or right hand turn instead of a yellow flashing light. You can't see oncoming cars to turn because cars are in the turn lanes facing you and blocking the view. Bad accident just the other day with a car and motorcyclist colliding.

    This house has been vacant for quite some time, there has been a tarp on the roof for probably a year, so it is likely with Irma coming through that it is now a cess pool in there. The grass is overgrown and we, as well as our neighbors, are experiencing large rats and snakes coming from the yard into ours. We have had to throw out grills and other items because of the rats. It is dangerous and very unsanitary.

    This house has been vacant for several years now and is falling apart. Grass and weeds in the back yard have not been attended to for a couple of years. Trees are not trimmed and growing over property lines. There are tons of rodents and snakes that keep coming from that yard and destroying our property. The have eaten holes numerous times in my screened pool area, made nests in my BBQ grills which I had to toss. Serious health issues, this house needs to be condemned. Missing parts of the roof which are covered with tarps so I'm sure it has all kinds of water damage as well.

    There is a county easement and storm drain on the south side of my property, a single family home on Lake Valencia. The earth around the storm drain has drastically eroded to the point where both myself and my neighbor on the other side of the easement have had to go to considerable expense to add retention walls to protect our property. My pool deck is cracking because of the erosion at the drain. I have had to had the soil under the deck stabilized at considerable cost and now I am in the process of having two retention walls built to keep soil stable by the drain at a cost in excess of $9,000. I am requesting that the county repair the soil and or soil retention around the storm drain in the next 90 days in order to keep me from having to turn this matter over to my attorney. My neighbor tells me that there is a Pinellas County Public Works work requisition no. 1737453 to do this work. Please advise of the start date. I would like to meet with your representative at the drain to discuss this issue.

    2 large digital signs (very bright) are at this location, even though the Dental office (Hollywood smiles) has been gone for many. many months. These are illegal signs for a business that has relocated.

    I was told this drainage ditch on the North East side of the pond at the front South Side of Chateux Woods belong to Pinellas County and that the drainage ditch was supposed to keep the pond water level at a certain low level. The level in the pond is way too low and all of the weeds on the bottom are showing and it looks really bad. The pond doesn't look too bad shortly after a rain storm but, a few hours later after a storm has passed, it looks bad. This drainage ditch is over 30 years old and may have sunk some due to normal erosion from the rain. It also looks like someone may have added three 5" or 6" drain pipes that go inside this as you see in the picture and that are at the same level as the pond is right now and I don't think those three drain pipes were there when that cement thing was initially put there but, I could be wrong. Can someone please come check this big cement ditch thing out and make sure it's draining properly and hasn't sunk some and is up to code? There used to also be a grill on the square drain that someone removed. I am worried the turtles might get into this ditch.

    Just moved to the area and if you are going west on Tampa Rd and are turning left onto West Lake Rd the signal only lets 1 maybe 2 cars through on green arrow. I have seen a bunch of people run the light, can you guys make the light longer?

    The signal at Tampa Rd. exiting East Lake Woodlands to go East or West on Tampa Rd. takes FOREVER to cycle. Even when there is no traffic going East or West - not a car in sight in either direction, this light continues to stay red. Vehicles back up into East Lake Woodlands well past the guardhouse there. This has been reported before, but never repaired.
