THESE VEHICLES ARE TAKING UP MUCH NEEDED PARKING SPACES AWAY FROM US HOMEOWNERS. THERE ARE INDIVIDUALS WORKING ON THESES CARS AND SELLING THEM THROUGHOUT THE DAY. DISCARDED AUTO PARTS ARE STREWN ON THE THE STREETS

    There have been multiple cases filed for this location dating back from 2021 with NO resolution. This area is extremely filthy with homeless encampments, illegal dumping containing of all types of garbage which is blowing throughout the neighborhood. RV illegally parked here is causing this mess & we are not sure why City has not removed it after 3 years of complaint. WE AS HOMEOWNERS IN THIS NEIGHBOORHOOD pay crazy high amount of property taxes and it is not acceptable that the city has not help to resolved this. We are extremely frustrated, given that we are now in 2024 and this RV continues to still be parked here dumping major amounts of trash. This is unacceptable and causes health hazard to community members around the area. Help clean up this neighborhood & city of Oakland!

    The whole block starting on 10451 Mac Arthur is filled with abandoned vehicles ,they are a blight and are attracting illegal activity by homeless and drug dealers , THIS ISSUE IS GETTING WORST CLEAN IT UP

    I can't even walk the street to go to Foothill Square anymore with my kids because there's so much illegal dumping and broken down cars , and people with drug issues gambling

    we don't want that in our neighborhood!

The sidewalk is completely blocked and I've seen open fires on the sidewalk. ALL OF THESE VEHICLES HAVE BEEN THERE FOR MORE THAN A YEAR!!!! THIS IS A PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE CLEARANCE!!!
