Streets - Street Sign Repair Archived2201-2229 N Rock Rd Derby, Kansas, 67037 - DerbyThe traffic on Rock Road traveling north of Meadowlark sees only one sign, with 45 MPH (just north of Meadowlark) and doesn't see another one until you cross Patriot. It causes traffic problems and unsafe driving because some think they should be doing forty and other drivers want to go the speed limit.

Stormwater - Creek Inspection Acknowledged1333 E Longhorn Dr Derby, KS, 67037, USA - DerbyI would like to request that the City review a potential drainage issue along Dry Creek behind my property. Based on Sedgwick County parcel maps, the area immediately behind several homes on Longhorn Street appears to include a reserve tract that may be owned by the HOA for the subdivision behind our homes. I am requesting that the City Of Derby review this area to determine whether the drainage easement or adjacent creek corridor is part of the city stormwater system, whether any public stormwater infrastructure discharges into dry creek near this location, whether the current drainage conditions are functioning as designed or if maintenance or corrective action may be needed. I would appreciate if public works or the stormwater division could investigate the drainage conditions in this area and advise whether the city, the HOA that owns the reserve tract, or another party is responsible for maintenance of this drainage corridor. Additionally, I am interested in determining whether the issue I am observing behind my home may be related to a lack of maintenance of the HOA owned reserve tract in that area.

Stormwater - Investigate Drainage Acknowledged1118 N Wild Turkey Ct Derby, Kansas, 67037 - DerbyRainwater is not draining out of the end of the city drainage system in the Woodlawn Valley neighborhood. The culvert was cleaned out by the city and did not fix the problem. This ditch floods over the road and is a huge saftey concern. Please have a survey done on the other end of the drain pipe to figure out the problem and fix it.
