    At the alley there was a sign for permit parking zone 719. A garbage truck knocked the sign down about a year ago. Citizens pay to park in this permit parking zone. The sign close to the corner of Paulina was nearly knocked over when the water pipes were put in a month ago. It is leaning badly so people can't read it easily.
